Our products

We sell e-pins: digital codes for game and service platforms such as Steam, Google Play and PlayStation. The code is shown on your order page right after payment. Nothing physical is shipped.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown and charged in US dollars.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Any taxes that apply to your purchase are included in or added to the price shown at checkout.

Delivery

Your code is shown on the order page right after your payment succeeds. Bookmark that page to see your code again later. If you lose access, contact us at support@plannery.com from the email address you used to order and we'll help.

License

When you buy an e-pin, you get the right to redeem it on your own account. You may:

• Redeem the code on your own account.
• Gift the unused code to someone else.

You may not:

• Resell the code or use it in commercial promotions.
• Publish the code where others can see it.

The e-pins themselves remain the property of their issuing platforms.

Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy.

Liability

Our e-pins are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
