How do I get my code after buying?
Right after your payment is confirmed, your e-pin code is shown on the order page with a copy button. Bookmark that page so you can see the code again later.
How do I redeem a code?
Each brand redeems in its own store: Steam codes in the Steam client, Google Play at play.google.com/redeem, PlayStation in the PlayStation Store. The steps are on your product page.
Can I use the code on any account?
Codes work on any account for the matching store, unless a regional restriction applies. Check the product page for region notes before buying.
Can I get a refund?
Because codes are revealed instantly and can't be un-redeemed, all sales are final. If a code doesn't work or was already used, email us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.
