Privacy Policy

Last updated October 28, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Spquo collects when you buy from us, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we need to sell you an e-pin.

Who is responsible

[Legal business name]
[Registered business address], [Country]
support@plannery.com

What we collect

  • Your email address, which you enter at checkout. We use it to create your order and to check whether you qualify for the new customer price.
  • Payment details such as your card, name and billing country. You enter these in Stripe's payment form; they go directly to Stripe and never pass through or get stored on our servers.
  • Order details: what you bought, when, and how much you paid.

We don't ask you to create an account and we don't collect anything else.

How we use it

  • To take your payment and give you access to your files.
  • To apply the new customer price, by checking whether your email has ordered before.
  • To answer you when you contact us, and to handle refunds and disputes.
  • To keep the records that tax and accounting laws require.

We don't sell your data and we don't send marketing emails.

Who we share it with

Stripe processes payments and stores order records on our behalf. If you choose to save your details with Link, Stripe's checkout service, that's handled under Stripe's own privacy policy. Our hosting provider stores the website and its logs. We share data with others only when the law requires it.

Cookies

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. Stripe sets cookies on the checkout page that it needs to process payments securely and prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Other messages, such as support emails, are deleted when they're no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email support@plannery.com and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our store isn't aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
